All real wealth comes from land. Therefore, I have studied how to identify, evaluate and invest in the best real estate opportunities possible. Similarly, I love the idea of having the core of one's investment portfolio consisting of real estate, and stocks, bonds, and other financial assets should be added only if they add alpha and/or reduce portfolio volatility.
