ABOUT ME
In May of 2023, I am proud to have completed my studies at the University of Utah, where I earned dual Master of Finance and Master of Real Estate Development degrees. Due to my exceptional scholarship, I was privileged to receive the Master of Science in Finance Merit Scholarship and MRED-MSF Concurrent Scholarship.
Recently, I've held the position of President at Diadem Holdings, LLC. Leveraging my keen analytical skills and ardent interest in investing, I was able to provide my partners within the multifamily apartment investing sector with my adept financial acumen, extensive business networks, and comprehensive investment modeling services.
Additionally, I act as a principal for a thriving corporation that specializes in the ownership of 7-Eleven franchises.
In 2008, I had the privilege of leading Trotter Investments, Inc., which was recognized with the esteemed Outstanding Retailer Initiative Award by the 7-Eleven Corporation, honoring our exceptional revenue growth.
At present, I reside in Sandy, Utah, together with my wife and two children. In my leisure time, I enjoy engaging in fitness, following political events, and delving into investment opportunities.
